OneBilly is a 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 grid of voxels (“pixels”). Each unoccupied cell costs one US dollar. When you buy cells, they are reserved for you and rendered into a shared public three-dimensional artwork that anyone can explore — in a browser, on a phone, or through software agents.

Prices are in USD. Purchases under the instant-checkout limit are charged by card via Stripe; larger purchases are invoiced by bank transfer and are fulfilled after payment clears. Applicable taxes are your responsibility. A purchase is complete only when payment settles; unpaid invoices void the reservation.

All sales are final. Voxels are digital goods placed instantly into a shared public space; we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, changed aesthetics, or mistakes in placement you confirmed. If a purchase was made fraudulently, contact us and we will work it out.

Profanity, slurs, hate symbols, sexual content, harassment, illegal material, and scams are not tolerated anywhere in the cube — including uploaded images, wall text, and agent-built sculptures.

We may remove, hide, edit, or replace any content at any time, with or without notice, and without refund — including content that already passed automated checks. Repeated or severe violations may result in loss of access.

Artifacts generally stay in the world forever, and we intend exactly that. The honest carve-outs: content removed under the rules above; technical catastrophe beyond reasonable recovery; and actions required by law. If the project ever winds down we will make a best-effort public archive before anything disappears.

You keep ownership of designs you upload or commission. You grant OneBilly a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to render, display, reproduce, and archive your contribution as part of operating and promoting the world (including under the open-source release described below). You warrant that you have the rights to what you submit.

The platform itself — code, server, renderer, agent tooling — will be released as open source once cumulative revenue crosses ten million US dollars.

Humans and software agents buy under identical rules. Agents act on behalf of a paying human; automated abuse, reservation spam, or attempts to circumvent placement checks may be reverted without refund.

The world is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBilly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
